Recertification audit of quality management system has confirmed Ukrinterenergo’s high-level quality of services

On 12 March, 2010 the SFTC Ukrinterenergo had a successful recertification audit of quality management system (QMS) and confirmed the full compliance of QMS implemented in the company with the ISO 9001: 2008 standard.
The quality system, developed on the basis of requirements of ISO 9000 standards, was implemented by the company in 1999 and since these early days it has become the guide to improvement in quality and competitiveness of services rendered by the company in power markets in Ukraine and abroad.
The audit was carried out by experts from the Ukrainian representative office of the Tüv Rheinland Group– Tüv Rheinland Ukraine. The TÜV Rheinland Group is a leading provider ofindependent certification services, having a strong position on the world market and being a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), whose participants’ certificates are acknowledged worldwide. The Group was established in 1872 in Germany. Since 1993 the Tüv Rheinland Company has been successfully operating in Ukraine as well.
The SFTC Ukrinterenergo was certified as general contractor on designing, construction, modernization of power projects and deliveries of power engineering equipment and energy carriers.
Certificate of compliance ISO 9001: 2008 is an independent external confirmation of quality standard requirements and is the evidence of the company’s reliability level.
The QMS in Ukrinterenergo is being constantly improved and focused on satisfaction of our regular and prospective partners’ and clients’ needs, as well as on increase of corporate employee satisfaction level.
The fact of certification demonstrates to all interested parties (clients, business rivals, suppliers and employees) the company’s commitment to the principles of quality and efficient carrying out of activities, as well as contributes to the improvement of general operation of the company, urgent problems solving and market possibilities enhancement.
